Update MASTER_SITES

. add linux-f10 ports to the rank of CONFLICTS for linux-fc4 ports;
. bump PORTREVISIONs.

Finish repocopies of new linux-f8 infrastructure ports:
. add CONFLICTS to 47 original ports;
. bump PORTREVISIONs for all of them;
. pet portlint for 2-3 ports (misplaced PORTREVISION).

- Remove unneeded dependency from gtk12/gtk20 [1]
- Remove USE_XLIB/USE_X_PREFIX/USE_XPM in favor of USE_XORG
- Remove X11BASE support in favor of LOCALBASE or PREFIX
- Use USE_LDCONFIG instead of INSTALLS_SHLIB
- Remove unneeded USE_GCC 3.4+
