Fix CONFLICTS entries in archivers, astro, audio
Fix conflicts entries based on a script that searches for duplicate
files installed by several ports.
Some patters seem to make ports conflict with themselves, but this is
actually not the case due to the check-*-conflicts logic implemented
in bsd.port.mk, which excludes self-conflicts.
PHP based ports have been ignored in this commit as requested by the
committers currently working on the php-8.1 import.

This changes almost all the "gnomehack" only USE_GNOME cases to USES= pathfix.
If a port used other USE_GNOME items it was untouched.
The ports that used other USES were fixed by hand.

This is a compression program optimised for large files. The larger the file
and the more memory you have, the better the compression advantage this will
provide, especially once the files are larger than 100MB. The advantage can
be chosen to be either size (much smaller than bzip2) or speed (much faster
than bzip2).
