Remove lib/perllocal.pod-${PORTNAME} from the pkg-plist now that this file
is no longer installed.

- update to 0.8;
- retire pkg-comment;
- account for perllocal.pod-potrname;
- remove unneeded MANPREFIX.

This module returns the sunrise/sunset for a given day.
