Since asami's directory on MASTER_SITE_LOCAL is gone, stow his
distfiles in my directory.

- Use canonical form (ports@FreeBSD.org) in MAINTAINER line

De-pkg-comment.

Set MAINTAINER to ports@ for ports without one. "One" being "a maintainer"
in this case.

MAINTAINER doesn't use FreeBSD any more.    

Define MASTER_SITE_SUBDIR=asami/LOCAL_PORTS as these are moved to my   area on
the local ports tree.
