Remove x3arth, which has been marked IGNORE for a year because it no
longer runs.

De-pkg-comment.

Mark IGNORE: The ftp directory format changed (no 'latest' symlinks any
more), so this port can no longer fetch the images it requires

Convert astro category to new layout.  

Remove maintainership of most of my ports.  I don't really have   time to
maintain these and I'm just not interested in these particular   ones any more.
