- Fix build with Ruby 1.9

Remove INSTALLS_ICONS from kde ports.

In the soon to be committed glib and gtk update, the INSTALLS_ICONS macro
will gain the long missing gtk-update-icon-theme dependancy.
After talking with members from of our KDE team. There isn't any indication
that this gtk util is usefull for KDE.

Amarok wants kdebase.

Don't depend on faad, since it's marked NO_CDROM.

Don't depend on the core gstreamer-plugins, they include video codecs
and gstreamer-plugins-gconf.

Instead, depend only on a selection of audio-codecs and the artsd output
(which ironically is cheaper in terms of dependencies as amarok's native
arts-output).
