The Bass Tab Creator is a program designed to help create bass tablature.
It was originally created to facilitate the reproduction of tab published
in many music magazines and books.  It takes as input a file consisting of
note information, and builds the tab staffs.

- Provide a new mirror.

Deprecate some port with no more public distfiles

- Get Rid MD5 support

For ports maintained by ports@FreeBSD.org, remove names and/or
e-mail addresses from the pkg-descr file that could reasonably
be mistaken for maintainer contact information in order to avoid
confusion on the part of users looking for support. As a pleasant
side effect this also avoids confusion and/or frustration for people
who are no longer maintaining those ports.

Reset maintainer at his request due to current lack of FreeBSD time.

Move package files from plist to Makefile, remove pkg-plist.
Utilize ${DOCSDIR}.
Use NOPORTDOCS.
