As promised, remove net-im/gaim, and all dependent ports.  Gaim has been
replaced by net-im/pidgin.

- Welcome X.org 7.2 \o/.
- Set X11BASE to ${LOCALBASE} for recent ${OSVERSION}.
- Bump PORTREVISION for ports intalling files in ${X11BASE}.

Chase the GNOME X11BASE to LOCALBASE move, and fix the build with the
new freetype2 where needed.

Drop maintainership for ports which I sadly no longer have
the time, hardware, or resources to maintain.

Mass-conversion to the USE_AUTOTOOLS New World Order.  The code present
in bsd.autotools.mk essentially makes this a no-op given that all the
old variables set a USE_AUTOTOOLS_COMPAT variable, which is parsed in
exactly the same way as USE_AUTOTOOLS itself.

Moreover, USE_AUTOTOOLS has already been extensively tested by the GNOME
team -- all GNOME 2.12.x ports use it.

Chase the Gaim 1.5.0 update.

Update to Gaim 1.4.0.  See http://gaim.sourceforge.net/ChangeLog for
the list of changes.  Also, bump all PORTREVISIONs for ports that depend on
Gaim.

Update Gaim to 1.3.1 and chase all dependent ports.
