* Update to version 1.0-pre1, which incorporates all our portability
  fixes plus miscellaneous small improvements.
* Enable plugins again by installing .la files (oops).

* Don't install Debian-specific gnump3d-config script.
* In the default configuration file, run the server as user "www"
  instead of "nobody".
* Fix default configure file location in gnump3d-top.
