1.2 audio/id3ren/files/patch-man::Makefile
Use BSD_INSTALL_DATA instead of BSD_INSTALL_PROGRAM to install a manual
page. This unbreaks the install on sparc64 at least, probably elsewhere
too.

1.1 audio/id3ren/files/patch-man::Makefile
Update id3ren to 1.1b0, which adds the all-important %n 'Track name'
template identifier. Also, take over maintainership and install a manual
page and some more documentation.
