appropriate.

Chase gstreamer-plugins shared lib version, but this port still needs an
update to work with gstreamer-0.8.

Chase the glib20 update, and bump all affected ports' PORTREVISIONs.

Chase the libmusicbrainz shared lib version.

Begin autotools sanitization sequence by requiring ports to explicitly
specify which version of {libtool,autoconf,automake} they need, erasing
the concept of a "system default".

For ports-in-waiting:

        USE_LIBTOOL=YES         ->      USE_LIBTOOL_VER=13
        USE_AUTOCONF=YES        ->      USE_AUTOCONF_VER=213
        USE_AUTOMAKE=YES        ->      USE_AUTOMAKE_VER=14

Ports attempting to use the old style system after June 1st 2004 will be
sorely disappointed.

Chase the libmad/libid3tag shared lib version.

add libvorbis dependency. This should fix the compile error
reported by bento on sparc64:

Chase the libmusicbrainz shared lib version.

Change WITH_OGG to WITH_VORBIS since Ogg will exist in the default instance
where Vorbis may not.  This should fix the configure problem on bento.
