x11-toolkits/gtk-- -> x11-toolkits/gtkmm12

Rename this ports to use the real vendor package name. The advantage of this
is to allow our users' keyword search works and easier for users to file the
Bugzilla report when they use our name of ports. Debian, Gentoo, NetBSD and
other OSs have the correct package name, but not in our ports tree.

My team, FreeBSD GNOME Team, have agreed with it.

As for other ports, chase the rename.

Since the acroread7 port is a somewhat important port for our users, I
will hand it over to emulation@ if no _active_ *committer* takes it
before the ports freeze.

While I'm here:
 - fix a little nit in the csound port (I think the intention was to
   create no backup file instead of creating one with a "-e" extension)
 - set ARCH to i386 in the amd64 case for the acroread7 port. This
   is a work-around to be able to install everything when a dependency
   is not already installed (ARCH is read-only in sub-makes, so the
   dependencies can't change it). This should be removed when the
   dependencies are fixed or converted to use bsd.linux-rpm.mk. [1]

- switch devel/gettext (0.11.1) on, installing full package
- flip devel/gettext-old (0.10.35) to installing only static binaries
  with a "-old" suffix -- gettext-old will have its deorbit burn
  sequence initiated just after 4.6-RELEASE
- fix up ports for the new world order

Use ${ECHO_CMD} instead of ${ECHO} where you mean the echo command;   the ECHO
macro is set to "echo" by default, but it is set to "true" if   make(1) is
invoked with the -s option while ECHO_CMD is always set to   the echo command.

Update opmixer to 0.55.  This version mentions the license, so it   does not
need to be restricted (I meant to have a RESTRICTED line   before, but forgot).

site seems to be offline most of the time.    

Fix a typo that I just introduced.    

Install README into the proper directory.    

Patch ossmixer.hh to #include <machine/soundcard.h> on old systems.    

Add new port of opmixer, a gtk-- program for adjusting an audio   mixer.  I've
marked it RESTRICTED because it doesn't mention the   license.  The author tells
me that the next version will.  The   distfile for this weighs in at just over 4
kB!
