Resurrect ruby-musicbrainz, updated to 0.2.0.

As previously announced, remove ruby-musicbrainz.  The contents of the
distfile have never been updated to reflect the latest libmusicbrainz.

Add ruby-musicbrainz, MusicBrainz bindings for Ruby.
