Bump PORTREVISION after libogg and libvorbisfile major version increment.

- Assign all unmaintained ruby ports to ruby@,
  so people will know where to send questions to.

- Chase increase of audio/libvorbis shlib version.
- Bump PORTREVISION

- Add some SHA256 checksums

With portmgr hat on, reset maintainership of knu's ports since he has
been inactive more than 6 months.  We hope to see him back sometime.

Add SIZE data.
