2007-08-19 chinese/emacs20: "editors/emacs is recommended instead for new

2007-08-22 java/collections: only needed for jdk1.1, which is obsolete

Typo fix:    

Add comments in sample dot.emacs about yes/no consistency and   font-lock and
pc-selection-mode.
