BROKEN: Broken by upgrade to linux-netscape47-communicator 4.79

Avoid the usage of a variable named "BROWSER", not to conflict with   user's
environment variable with the same name.    

Update to 4.77.    

Specify PKGNAMEPREFIX as zh_TW to conform to porter's handbook.
