Remove print/ghostscript-afpl as it has been replaced by print/ghostscript-gpl
since version 8.57. The leading ghostscript is the -gpl one.

- Set X11BASE to ${LOCALBASE} for recent ${OSVERSION}.
- Bump PORTREVISION for ports intalling files in ${X11BASE}.

- Fix RUN_DEPENDS.

- Bump PORTREVISION because of print/adobe-cmaps update.

Reset bouncing maintainer address.  These ports are now available for
adoption.

Note that I have left the maintainer's own ftp site as a MASTERSITE
because it still appears to be active (for now, anyways).

snuck in on the commit that was merely supposed to reset the maintainer.

Change PKGDIR from pkg/ to .  Also fix places where ${PKGDIR} is   spelled out
(many of which are ${PKGDIR}/MESSAGE -> ${PKGMESSAGE} type   fixes that
shouldn't have been necessary) and the string "/pkg/"   appear.    

Import moefonts-cid, which is MOE CIDFonts converted by Adobe.
