Avoid the usage of a variable named "BROWSER", not to conflict with   user's
environment variable with the same name.    

Remove the chinese/XFree86-aoutlibs dependency.    

Remove x11/XFree86 dependency.  zh_TW.Big5/XLC_LOCALE patch is already in  
x11/XFree86/files.    

Specify PKGNAMEPREFIX as zh_TW to conform to porter's handbook.    

Change keith@freebsd.sinica.edu.tw to keith@FreeBSD.org
