- Our make(1) works fine with this port, so remove USE_GMAKE
- This port can be built with GCC 4.x, so remove USE_GCC
- Remove USE_X_PREFIX (it does not directly rely on xlib)
- Install additional documents
- Use COPYTREE_SHARE instead of TAR
- Use DATADIR
