Retire ruby-lapidary and add ruby-testunit 0.1.4 after a repocopy,
which is based on ruby-lapidary and being merged with ruby-unit.

ruby-testunit has a ruby-unit compatibility layer which is only
installed if ruby-unit is _not_ installed yet.
