rsync net files touched by this commit  An older version of this port was marked as vulnerable. Network file distribution/synchronization utility
Since the last update the RENAMED and FLAGS patch do not apply together anymore.
Dmitry Morozovsky has merged the two official patches. Provide an options for
the two combined patches.
