- Update to 1.1.4

Changes:
 * Fix crash when opening repository in some cases
 * Fix build with -Werror
 * Fix 'pkg install [-f] pkg' not finding results
 * Fix 'pkg upgrade -f' always wanting to upgrade pkg first
 * Fix 'pkg install -R' always wanting to install pkg first
 * Fix backwards compatibility for 1.0-built packages for
   tracking shlibs. This may cause some packages to be
   reinstalled after the repository is updated.
 * Fix pkg (upgrade|fetch|install) -r <repo> crash
 * Fix crash when specifying invalid repo with -r
