mod_fcgid www files touched by this commit  An older version of this port was marked as vulnerable. Alternative FastCGI module for Apache2
- update to version 2.3.7
- remove vhost fix [1]
- change maintainer to submitter

 Changes with mod_fcgid 2.3.7
  o Periodically clean out the brigades which are pulling in the request
    body for handoff to the fcgid child. PR: 51749
