- Update to checkin 1f2d4d3281

Changes:
  * bulk/testport: Automatically detect dependency loops and
    deadlocked queue, which fixes "infinite loop" or "hang"
    when building
  * Fix error when SAVE_WRKDIR is not defined
  * testport: Ignore /etc/make.conf as leftover (fixes perl build)
  * More optimizations
