Update from 1.3.11 to 1.3.12.
Update SPDY patch from version 60 to 61.

*) Bugfix: a segmentation fault might occur in a worker process if

*) Bugfix: nginx might hog CPU during SSL handshake with a backend if

*) Bugfix: the "[crit] SSL_write() failed (SSL:)" error.

*) Bugfix: in the "client_body_in_file_only" directive; the bug had
   appeared in 1.3.9.

*) Bugfix: in the "fastcgi_keep_conn" directive.
