Mark broken after recent commoncpp and ccscript update.
Drop David Sugar <dyfet@gnu.org> from Maintainerline. He has currently no time
to package for FreeBSD.
In Addition the only Hardware that used to work on FreeBSD, the voicetronix
card has no driver for FreeBSD > 4.4
