Minor port cleanups

Bump PORTREVISION to reflect the (lib)iconv upgrade.

Iconv cleanup, stage 1b: correct {BUILD,LIB,RUN}_DEPENDS of all ports that need
libiconv.

Update converters/p5-Text-Iconv to 1.2.    

Add a "}" to Makefile, and add "-liconv" to CONFIGURE_ARGV.   It broken on my
last commit.    

Remove do-configure section, use PERL_CONFIGURE now.    

Style/space police (space -> tab) over the converters category.    

Add p5-Text-Iconv 1.1, a perl interface to iconv().
