most of these were from stas@

- Return my ports back to the pool.  I was unable to make any fixes to
  my ports in the past 3 weeks while ports were broken on any 10.x
  machines, which means I'm unable to maintain them.  So let people know
  that there's no available support for them until things are back to
  normal (which also means that anyone with spare time will be able
  to fix them without getting approval).

- Add ruby 1.9 support
- Implement new knobs for gems and rake (these are included in
  ruby 1.9 distribution already). Also move gem bits from
  ruby-gems/Makefile.common to bsd.ruby.mk[1]. Now to depend
  on gems or rake you should define USE_RUBYGEMS/USE_RAKE
  accordingly. Also RAKE_BIN variable is provided for
  pointing to the right rake executable.
- Rewrite RUBY_SCHEBANG in awk to eliminate build dependency
  on ruby.

With portmgr hat on, reset maintainership of knu's ports since he has
been inactive more than 6 months.  We hope to see him back sometime.

Build and install the bundled iconv module when built with Ruby 1.8.

Bump PORTREVISION to reflect the (lib)iconv upgrade.

Iconv cleanup, stage 1b: correct {BUILD,LIB,RUN}_DEPENDS of all ports that need
libiconv.

modules, due to the RUBY_ARCH change I've just   committed.

Thanks to converter/iconv's update to 1.1, now ruby-iconv can use it   instead
