- Assign all unmaintained ruby ports to ruby@,
  so people will know where to send questions to.

The Ruby contrib directory hasn't existed for some time; mirror the
 files on MASTER_SITE_LOCAL until someone upgrades these ports.

- Remove checksum for nonexistant file
- Add SHA256, SIZE

With portmgr hat on, reset maintainership of knu's ports since he has
been inactive more than 6 months.  We hope to see him back sometime.

Change BUILD_DEPENDS to EXTRACT_DEPENDS and unbreak.
