Add EXPIRATION to ports marked DEPRECATED that do not already have it. [1]
Date set to 2011-09-30 since that's > 1 month in all cases. Feel free to
change it to something more appropriate.

Change DEPRECATED to IGNORE for security/openvpn-beta to better fit the
intention.

the version used on freefall (ew).

Merge security fix from 4.0.1 for CAN-2004-0623.

Set an expiry date of 2004-08-20 for these BROKEN/IGNORE/FORBIDDEN
ports.  They will be removed on or after that date if they are still
broken and no fix has been submitted to GNATS.

Change BROKEN to FORBIDDEN to prevent the package build

Bump PORTREVISION on all ports that depend on gettext to aid with upgrading.

Make things easier for admins@: move aside gnats-db and symlink it to
/home/gnats.  Bump PORTREVISION.

Remove two unnecessary messages in gnats-pr-edit.  Bump PORTREVISION.

Fix the gnats-edit-pr.patch so it applies (the file name was wrong).   Add an
@exec mkdir line to the plist to create the lock directory.   Bump PORTREVISION.
   

Since nobody else seems to care about this port, grab maintainership and  
change the edit-pr patch to use $VISUAL for all change messages, not just   for
state changes.    

Update to 3.113.1, fetch from MASTER_SITE_GNU instead of the snapshot area.  
Remove myself as maintainer.  Who are we fooling?

Put the freefall-specific patches behind a WANT_FREEFALL_CFG knob.  Moved  
Paul's changes to files/gnats-edit-pr.patch.  Added [1] the ability to track  
class changes with a change message.  Also added [2] a URL to the problem  
report online in the 'thank you' message when a new report is submitted.
