Geocities has been gone for almost 2 years now, so let's remove
references to it.

Deprecate ports whose only MASTER_SITE is (was) geocities

Remove USE_REINPLACE from all categories starting with D

Use PLIST_FILES (bento-tested, marcus-reviewed).
