- Using PERL_MODBUILD will add entries to BUILD_DEPENDS.
So we should not specify BUILD_DEPENDS and set RUN_DEPENDS=BUILD_DEPENDS.
Instead, we should specify RUN_DEPENDS and set BUILD_DEPENDS=RUN_DEPENDS.
- Add $FreeBSD$ to pkg-plist.
