PHP, which stands for "PHP: Hypertext Preprocessor" is a widely-used Open

Update to 5.1.2 release:
- add reflection
- enable xmlreader and xmlwriter by default in php5-extensions

Do not hardcode charset, honour charset defined in freetds.conf or php.ini.

Update PHP ports to 4.3.11 and 5.0.4 releases:
- fix security issues
