databases/py-htsql[-*] Modernise: STAGE and AUTOPLIST
For py-htsql, py-htsql-mysql and py-htsql-pgsql:
- Enable STAGE support
- Enable AUTOPLIST support, delete pkg-plist accordingly
- Deprecate easy_install target
- Deprecate PYDISTUTILS_PKGNAME
- Add LICENSE (AGPLv3)
- Bump PORTREVISION
