Remove WWW entries from unmaintained ports that return 404 or where the domain
disappeared.

Reset maintainership de jure. In fact KDE 3 has not been maintained by our team
for a long time, not to mention upstream.

Discussed a while ago among the KDE/FreeBSD team.

remove CONFLICTS to qt4 plugins, it was resolved a long time ago

Fix build with unixODBC 2.2.14: in 2.2.14 signatures of several functions
(SQLExtendedFetch, SQLColAttribute, SQLColAttributeW) were fixed.

Bump portrevision due to upgrade of devel/gettext.

The affected ports are the ones with gettext as a run-dependency
according to ports/INDEX-7 (5007 of them) and the ones with USE_GETTEXT
in Makefile (29 of them).
