As previously announced, remove ports that have reached their expiry date,
and the handful of ports that depended on them.

This port is scheduled to be removed on 2005-02-18 if it is still
broken at that time, and a fix has not been submitted to GNATS.

Fix INDEX build.

Detect amd64 by using config.guess and config.sub from TEMPLATES.

Drop MAINTAINERship as this port should be maintained along with
databases/sqlrelay.

Reset PORTREVISION. (Should have been done in the last update but this
port has been broken since then anyway)

Use PLIST_FILES (bento-tested, marcus-reviewed).

Bump PORTREVISION on all ports that depend on gettext to aid with upgrading.

Update SQLRelay to 0.30.    

Bump the PORTREVISION's of the ports which install architecture   dependent ruby
modules, due to the RUBY_ARCH change I've just   committed.    

Add sqlrelay, a persistent DB connection pooling/proxying/load   balancing
system, along with the interfaces for Java, Perl5, PHP,   Python and Ruby.
