This removes the 'Incoming' map and uses a node of the same name in the

Node icons are now context-sensitive, and the demo maps missing from rc2 have
been re-done with new content.

Make port fetchable again.

The Upstream maintainer removed docear.bat and docear.exe from *linux.tar.gz
file, chase that change.  No other changes were observed when I compared the
original and the new tarball, and this matches the maintainer's statement at
https://sourceforge.net/apps/phpbb/docear/viewtopic.php?f=2&t=166#p438.
