Do not use MASTER_SITE_SOURCEFORGE as it buys us nothing.  There are is   only
one sourceforge.net distribution machine.  So there is no reason to   override
MASTER_SITE_SOURCEFORGE due to a closer (net-wise) mirror.    

Teach MASTER_SITES about new MASTER_SITE_SOURCEFORGE.
