- Update git-annex to version 5.20140717
- Unbreak wxHaskell ports

  port revision where appropriate

- Remove lang/ghc-doc
- Mark devel/lhs2TeX broken as it does not compile with GHC 6.10.4
- Set NHC98 as default compiler for devel/hs-hat as it does not compile
  with GHC 6.10.4

Differences lists are a list-like type supporting O(1) append. This is
particularly useful for efficient logging and pretty printing, (e.g.
with the Writer monad), where list append quickly becomes too expensive.
