Hat is a source-level tracer for Haskell 98, the standard lazy functional
programming language. Hat is a tool that gives the user access to otherwise
invisible information about a computation.

Hat works with both ghc and nhc98.

Upgrade to 2.02

Hat works now with ghc _OR_ nhc98. The default is ghc. It is not possible to
install the hat libs for both compilers. Hat does not build with nhc98 on
-current.

Removed knobs: WITH_GHC, WITHOUT_NHC98
Added knob: WITH_NHC98

De-pkg-comment and make portlint a little bit happier.

* Mark broken on -current, since it does not build with gcc3x and the
  lang/gcc295 is broken on -current.
* s/FORBIDDEN/BROKEN/ for building with ghc.

Add the new virtual category haskell.

Use PORTCOMMENT variable instead of pkg-comment file.

Fix pkg-plist.
