- Remove X11BASE support in favor of LOCALBASE or PREFIX

- Remove unneeded USE_GCC 3.4+

  It marked as depricated for 2 years.

Chase update of lang/ghc

Unbreak: track package.conf-format changes

Fix dependency. The port remains BROKEN though cause it falls over some
recent changes in GHC I have yet to resolve.

BROKEN: Broken dependency

Upgrade ghc to 6.2.2, remove BROKEN, make portlint a little bit happier.

Minor portlint-spree, including fixes for package-building hs-tclhaskell-ghc
and hs-c2hs on the cluster (for 4.X).

ghc-6.2.1 is now in the tree

Set maintainer to haskell@.

Bump PORTREVISION on all ports that depend on gettext to aid with upgrading.

* Upgrade lang/ghc to 6.2.
* Welcome lang/ghc5 after repocopy from lang/ghc.
* Say goodbye to lang/ghc6.
* Fix dependency of devel/hs-tclhaskell-ghc and devel/hs-uni.
