The type-conv mini library factors out functionality needed by different
preprocessors that generate code from type specifications, because this
functionality cannot be duplicated without losing the ability to use
these preprocessors simultaneously.

According to the Porter's Handbook (5.12.2.3.) default options must be added to
OPTIONS_DEFINE. This policy has been implemented only recently that's why we
have many ports violating this policy.

This patch adds the default options specified in the Porter's Handbook to
OPTIONS_DEFINE where they are being used. Ports maintained by
gnome@FreeBSD.org, kde@FreeBSD.org and x11@FreeBSD.org have been excluded.

Style: tab -> space.

Most contributors copy an existing port when writing their own so reduce the
number of bad examples in the tree.

- Return my ports back to the pool. I was unable to make any fixes to
my ports in the past 3 weeks while ports were broken on any 10.x
machines, which means I'm unable to maintain them. So let people know
that there's no available support for them until things are back to
normal (which also means that anyone with spare time will be able
to fix them without getting approval).

- Bump portrevisions on all ocaml libraries, as it appears that compiled
interface files (.cmi) are not backward compatible with a newer ocaml
  version.
