Devel::Leak has two functions NoteSV and CheckSV.

NoteSV walks the perl internal table of allocated SVs (scalar values) -
(which actually contains arrays and hashes too), and records their
addresses in a table. It returns a count of these "things", and stores
a pointer to the table (which is obtained from the heap using malloc())
in its argument.

CheckSV is passed argument which holds a pointer to a table created by
NoteSV. It re-walks the perl-internals and calls sv_dump() for any
"things" which did not exist when NoteSV was called. It returns a count
of the number of "things" now allocated.

Change the way Perl modules are installed, update the default Perl to 5.18.

Before, we had:

  site_perl : lib/perl5/site_perl/5.18
  site_perl/perl_arch : lib/perl5/site_perl/5.18/mach
  perl_man3 : lib/perl5/5.18/man/man3

Now we have:

  site_perl : lib/perl5/site_perl
  site_arch : lib/perl5/site_perl/mach/5.18
  perl_man3 : lib/perl5/site_perl/man/man3

Modules without any .so will be installed at the same place regardless of the

Remove all the bootstrap files (.bs) from the plists.

Starting with perl 5.20, they're not installed any more if empty,
and on FreeBSD, they're (always ?) empty.

Pass maintainership of almost of my "p5-*" ports to "perl@".

(I hope updating of them will be improved).

The vast majority of pkg-descr files had the following format when they
had both lines:

Author: ...
WWW: ....

So standardize on that, and move them to the end of the file when necessary.

Also fix some more whitespace, and remove more "signature tags" of varying
forms, like -- name, etc.
