devel/p8-platform: fix build with clang 16

Since clang 16 (and gcc 11) the default C++ standard is now gnu++17.
Because devel/p8-platform's Makefile does not explicitly set its C++
standard, this leads to an error:

Remove WWW entries moved into port Makefiles

Commit b7f05445c00f has added WWW entries to port Makefiles based on
WWW: lines in pkg-descr files.

This commit removes the WWW: lines of moved-over URLs from these
pkg-descr files.
