Get notified when packages are built

A new feature has been added. FreshPorts already tracks package built by the FreeBSD project. This information is displayed on each port page. You can now get an email when FreshPorts notices a new package is available for something on one of your watch lists. However, you must opt into that. Click on Report Subscriptions on the right, and New Package Notification box, and click on Update.

Finally, under Watch Lists, click on ABI Package Subscriptions to select your ABI (e.g. FreeBSD:14:amd64) & package set (latest/quarterly) combination for a given watch list. This is what FreshPorts will look for.

[PATCH] simplify pear-* ports

        These patches do the following things for PEAR ports:

        * devel-pear-PEAR-Makefile.common.patch
            - provides a do-install target and all that jazz in
              devel/pear-PEAR/Makefile.common
            - individual PEAR ports now just set a few variables:
        * pear-ports-Makefile.common-ng.patch
            contains changes for all pear-* ports including devel/pear-PEAR

        See http://smradoch.innuendo.cz/FreeBSD/ for complete description.

Note: still missing are:
        devel/pear-HTML_Common
        devel/pear-I18N
        net/pear-Net_NNTP
        security/pear-Auth

New port: PEAR template API

        The Isotemplate API is somewhat tricky for a beginner
        although it is the best one you can build. template::parse()
        [phplib template = Isotemplate] requests you to name a
        source and a target where the current block gets parsed
        into. Source and target can be block names or even handler
        names.
