- Add php-composer 1.0.0.a8.20140223
- While I'm here:
  - Use DISTVERSION
  - Pet portlint:
    - Use DISTNAME and EXTRACT_SUFX instead of DISTFILES
    - Use PLIST_FILES instead of PLIST

Composer is a tool for dependency management in PHP. It allows you to declare
the dependent libraries your project needs and it will install them in your
project for you.
