A python bindings for libnotify. The Desktop Notifications framework provides
a standard way of doing passive pop-up notifications on the desktop. These are
designed to notify the user of something without interrupting their work with
a dialog box that they must close. Passive popups can automatically disappear
after a short period of time.

Chase libnotify, libproxy and webkit-gtk2 shlib changes, and fix build where
needed.

Remove USE_GNOME=gnometarget from ports. It has been a empty keyword since
mid 2008.

Bump portrevision due to upgrade of devel/gettext.

The affected ports are the ones with gettext as a run-dependency
according to ports/INDEX-7 (5007 of them) and the ones with USE_GETTEXT
in Makefile (29 of them).

- Remove ${WRKSRC}/src/pynotify.c to get it regenerates this file properly,
  which it will adding attach_to_status_icon() and probably other functions to
  make other apps work correct.

know about that MC has py-libnotify.
