devel/py-pyzmq: Update to 14.0.1

- Update to 14.0.1
- Change MASTER_SITES to CHEESESHOP (Removes Cython dependency)
- Enable AUTOPLIST, delete pkg-plist accordingly
- Enable STAGE support
- Use new LIB_DEPENDS format
- Add regression-test target to ease QA
- pkg-descr: Tab->space in WWW:
