Bump PORTREVISION for ports depending on the canonical version of GCC
defined via Mk/bsd.default-versions.mk which has moved from GCC 7.4 t
GCC 8.2 under most circumstances.
This includes ports
- with USE_GCC=yes or USE_GCC=any,
- with USES=fortran,
- using Mk/bsd.octave.mk which in turn features USES=fortran, and
- with USES=compiler specifying openmp, nestedfct, c11, c++0x, c++11-lang,
c++11-lib, c++14-lang, c++17-lang, or gcc-c++11-lib
plus, as a double check, everything INDEX-11 showed depending on lang/gcc7.

Fix some Qt4 ports to build on powerpc64. All the Qt4 stuff is EOL,
but let's spread it to more platforms while it's still there. These
fixes were reported in the context of building math/qtiplot.

Mark QT4 ports/functionality for removal on 2019-03-15
While here, chase some KDE4 ports and functionality, these are scheduled for
removal on 2018-12-31. Change the default option/flavor to QT5 where applicable
or use alternative toolkits like GTK.

Replace bsd.qt.mk by Uses/qt.mk and Uses/qt-dist.mk
From now on, ports that depend on Qt4 will have to set
USES= qt:4
USE_QT= foo bar
ports depending on Qt5 will use
USES= qt:5
USE_QT= foo bar

Fix qt4 ports on armv6.
Due to a misspelling in GCC [1] (probably) the check for the ARMv6KZ platform
used ARM_ARCH_6ZK instead of ARM_ARCH_6KZ.

MASTER_SITES cleanup.
- Replace ${MASTER_SITE_FOO} with FOO.
- Merge MASTER_SITE_SUBDIR into MASTER_SITES when possible. (This means 99.9%
of the time.)
- Remove occurrences of MASTER_SITE_LOCAL when no subdirectory was present and
no hint of what it should be was present.
- Fix some logic.
- And generally, make things more simple and easy to understand.
While there, add magic values to the FESTIVAL, GENTOO, GIMP, GNUPG, QT and
SAMBA macros.
Also, replace some EXTRACT_SUFX occurences with USES=tar:*.

Proudly brought to you by the KDE on FreeBSD team, with commits by makc@,

Besides the tons of upstream fixes, we have mkspecs for GCC 4.9 and clang33
(from ports), staging support in the Makefiles and dependency fixes related
to pkg-config.
Many thanks to the people who helped test the ports using our area51
repository, and also to the people who provided patches and bug reports via

Restore PORTREVISION.
The Qt 4.8.2 update was not supposed to remove PORTREVISION from these
ports, as they are not really part of the update.

The KDE on FreeBSD team is happy to update Qt to its 4.8.2 release.
The upstream changelog can be seen in
<https://qt.gitorious.org/qt/qt/blobs/4.8/dist/changes-4.8.2>.
Relevant changes include a few patches having been integrated upstream
and thus removed from the ports tree and some improved work on USE_QT4
in bsd.qt.mk.

- Update to qt 4.4.1
Note:
With this update several ports specific problems
have been fixed. Qt4 headers and libraries have
been moved to include/qt4 and lib/qt4. bsd.qt.mk
defines QT_INCDIR and QT_LIBDIR now, which could
be used in qt4-dependent ports if required.
