Add patch to work around more integration issues between moc and boost.

science/avogadro started failing to build after boost was updated to 1.55.
Add a patch from Fedora to special-case more boost defines so that
everything works again.

Update Qt to 4.8.5 and Qt Creator to 2.8.0.

Besides the tons of upstream fixes, we have mkspecs for GCC 4.9 and clang33
(from ports), staging support in the Makefiles and dependency fixes related
to pkg-config.
